Unable to open local files in Fusion 360

As you can see below, when I press on file button to click on "open" tab, There is no option to upload/import files from my computer. Same situation when I am connected to the internet as well.

I am also unable to upload from control panel as the upload button over there is greyed out. PLEASE HELP.

im also expeierinceing issues if this nature fusion crashing entireely when trying to open local or cloud hosted files, causing the program to become non responsive could this be a firewall issue on my part?
