Unable to login to Getting Started with Fusion 360 Tutorials

Hi,

I'm giving up and need some help here.

Yesterday I was watching first 6 or 7 tutorials from "Getting Started with Fusion 360 Tutorials"

When I wanted to carry on today I can't login - website just got mental and keeps asking me to login, reloads and asks again.

It does happen on both US and UK sites.

I start being logged in on lets say https://www.autodesk.co.uk, then I go to :

Products > Collections > Fusion 360

At this point I'm still logged in

Then at the bottom of the page I go to :

Start learning Fusion 360

Access step-by-step tutorials that allow you to learn Fusion 360 at your own pace Get started

It takes me to this page : https://www.autodesk.co.uk/products/fusion-360/get-started

At the top I still see the little, blue head icon with tick and I can access for example my account setting - so it seems like I'm logged in right?

Now, all the fun begins - I'm trying to watch the first series of tutorials:

Product Development

Create new products using Fusion 360's unified modelling environment.

Start learning

When I click on the video it does play, but that's only intro, while when i click 'Start learning' I'got this silly screen where everything is blurred out and it asks me to login - AUTODESK, SIGN IN, NEXT etc..

I have to admit that I've tried it being logged in and out initially, I've tried on Opera, Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Chromium, I reset the browsers chache and I've tried back and forth usin US or UK website. I also tried to CREATE ACCOUT instead of login to bypass it but everything fails.

One more thing - as I said above the course page I start is :

https://www.autodesk.co.uk/products/fusion-360/get-started

then, login screen appears on:

http://f360ap.autodesk.com/courses#product-design-and-development

but then whan I click NEXT it actually logs me OUT and takes me to this page:

http://f360ap.autodesk.com

Here at the top I have an option to login. No, it doesn;t work at all.

I've wasted like 2 hours already and don't want to wast more, so please somebody tell me is that me being stupid and making some basic and obvious mistake or it's not worth trying because the website just doesn't work as it should?

In attachments screen with login window and the page before accessing the course showing that I'm logged it.

Thanks and sorry for a little bit long rant here

Kind regards

Mac

I discovered another thing right now - when I'm taken back to http://f360ap.autodesk.com after unsuccessful login I clicked at the Autodesk logo to go to https://www.autodesk.com or https://www.autodesk.co.uk and I'M LOGGED IN!

Help, please.

Mac

Hi,

Sorry to hear of the trouble. Currently using the links you've outlined I am now able to successfully login and go to the pages specified.

I don't have any definitive answer as to why the issue started happening over the weekend but it does seem to be working now. It might be related to your cookie settings, but that's just a possibility.

If you encounter this again, try clearing your cookie cache and see if it helps.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks, I'll try that and I will try to flush DNS as well.

I've tried on many browsers due to adblockers instaled on some of them, so I thought it may cause the problem but fresh Chrome did not work either so your guess may be the answer.

Cheers

Mac
