Unable to finish form

I have been trying to create  a curve for the longest.  i thought i was close but now i get a error message when i try to "finish form".  Can anyone take a look at my model and figure what i am doing wrong?

Yep, almost everything. You start with importing crappy vector graphics geometry into a sketch.

Instead of using the solid model an surface tools you use a T-Spline / Form with creasing and then fill the sides with "something" I have yet to figure out. 

Here's a quick fix that should help you move along. My recommendation would be to watch the tutorials in Learn & Support section.

Peter thank you for figuring out for me.  I didn't even realize there were surface tools.
