My software will not update via the Help > Check For Update menu. It continues to say, "Unable to check for update. Please check your internet connection and try again." I've followed every single help tutorial on the Autodesk website to uninstall/reinstall and it continues to give the above error message despite the fact that my internet connection is working. The Service Utility constantly says, "We have detected another instance of Fusion running" despite the fact there is only one instance running.
