Fusion 360 wont open browser to log in. Yes i have tried most of, If not all of the solutions at this point.

Hi everyone, Im hoping you can help me.

My fusion 360 for personal use is not starting.

It also doesnt detect my installation when i try open a project from Teams.

Please help I am soooo keen to design something.

@tyrone.mccabe01 Based on the title, you can launch Fusion, you click on sign-in but then Fusion does not launch the browser, is this correct? 

You have also tried to use another browser as default and you are noticing the same, right?

Yes the sign in button is unclickable.
Yes i tried assigning different browser.

It should be noted that i had a Start up license then converted to Personal use.
Maybe that unhooked something in the back-end??

@tyrone.mccabe01 If you are able to login to team then there should not be anything with the backend. 

Can you collect log files for me? 

1. Close Fusion and make sure it is not running in task manager

2. Restart machine

3. Go to add/remove programs - Select Autodesk Fusion - Modify 
4. This will launch the Fusion service utility

5. Run the gather system info
6. Attach the Fusiondiagnosticsdata.zip file

This could give us an idea of what is happening.
