Trouble saving files, and rendering on cloud.

Hi,

I've been experiencing some issues:

1 - I was using lots of heavy (10mb or more) JPEG images as Decals in one design, for each Decal, I've tried to save a version as I wanted to render each one applied in the model individually. This behavior seems to have broke my Fusion installation, because I was getting upload and file error very similar to those reported on this thread: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/w-the-actual-f-quot-files-not-available-at-the-mom....

2 - I have performed a clear uninstall and reinstall, deleted the heavy decals and saved the new, lighter design as a new file. I get rid of the ghost uploading messages, but it is still taking much time to save files properly.

3 - I'm not being able to schedule several renderings on the cloud, they all fail, always.

I'm attaching the log files. Thank you in advance.

Hi @enfeitador,

Thank you for posting about the issue! Would you mind sharing a public link to the design with me? I'd like to take a closer look at it and investigate what is causing the issue with rendering.

Thank you for sharing the file with me! I was able to render this model and save it as a new version without any issues.

Are you having difficulty rendering and saving this? Could you attach a screenshot of the error you are receiving?

If you switch to offline mode, can you save the file and perform local render without issues? If the issue improves in offline mode, I guess the root cause is related to something in your network or internet speed.

This is the error. And yes, I can render in offline mode. My network and internet are just fine, as they always were and back then I never had this type of issue.

I'm also still receiving this message, no matter what.

Hi @enfeitador,

Thank you for your response! Have you edited the design since yesterday? In the screenshot, the decal looks different from the one I downloaded yesterday.

I tried to download the file through the public link again but there seems to be an issue and I'm not receiving emails with download link. Would you mind exporting the design and attach here?

Are you having the same issue with multiple designs?

Yes, of course, here it follows. The renderings seems to get stuck because there is pending or ghost uploads that never complete. And yes, I'm having this issue with multiple files. I would suggest that you take a look at the log files, I'm attaching them along with the file you've requested.

Some facts:

I never had this problem before I joined other Fusion Team workspace, would it be possible to remove me from those teams and leave me just on my own student team?

I don't have Brackets installed, could it be possible causing those issues?

@masa.minohara Another insight: these problems only started to happen after the last update.

It seems that the files are not being handed correctly.

1 - the file is obviously being uploaded.

Screen Shot 2018-09-04 at 11.32.52.png

2 - But it doesnt appear here.

3 - It only appears here, but just stucked. The wheel doesnt seems to be changing in any way, I could leave this at this state all day long and it won't move a bit.

@masa.minohara Only restarting Fusion 360 seems to unstuck the queue, but only one file per restart.

Hi @enfeitador,

Thank you for your response! I was able to download the file from your public link and rendered the design successfully so I assume the design is not the cause of the issue.

Are you still experiencing the same issue? If so, could you try manually removing the Upload Queue and Upload meter (please refer to this article for how to remove those file), and download the file through your public link and upload it to your project, and then try rendering with the new file?

Yes, but the rendering isn't the main issue, the issue is mainly caused by the files being stucked while uploading. I have done this processes of clearing the cache multiple times, and even performed a clean reinstall of Fusion, it only seems to be a temporary fix, the problem always return. Did you have the chance to look at the log files?

Hi @enfeitador,

Thank you for your response. Yes, I had a look at the diagnostic log files, but I haven't been able to identify what might be causing the issue yet. I apologize for the delay.

Could you try disabling the Optimize file transfers depending on network performance option in the Preferences to see if that makes a difference? We recently had some other customers with the same issue and disabling this option solved the issue for them.

Yes, this solves the issue after a computer restart. Thank you. If anything new happens, I'll report here.
