too many extrude files fusion 360

Hi, I'm planning a loft bed And I face not a problem bud don't understand is itsuppose to be like that. I did a sketch and extrude of a sketch. It's not that many extrude operations, I just did copies. But I got a huge list of extrude files. What I do wrong and how it should be done?

Hi,

1. enable design history

2. Create sketches and bodies inside components 

3. Create patterns from features inside a component
