A couple years ago, I bought the cheap 2 year thing, and now the auto renewal is set for 2x $310, which I don't care for. I want to change this to a 1 year subscription, but the AutoDesk thing doesn't give me this option.
Chat support says "This is not possible"
Is this indeed not possible? If not, perhaps it is time to become "Possible"?
The suggestion to allow my subscription to expire first is not an acceptable way to do things, in my way of looking at things.
