Local seller offers Fusion 360 CLOUD Commercial New Single-user Annual Subscription, C1ZK1-NS1311-T483 

If I start to use it what will happen after this subscription finishes?  Will I be moved back to my current license (individual non commercial)?
Local seller do not know the answer.
How to get an official answer?

hi, this is a commercial subscription so after it is over, you'll be treated as an expired commercial (and therefore you'll have basic access) until you get a new license (commercial or non-commercial).

Please clarify a bit more:
What are the terms of expired commercial license?
Does "expired commercial license" == "non commercial"?
Or do I have a guaranty that I will be able to get back to the noncommercial license I have now?

Expiry of commercial (or any type) license = you don't have any license to use the product.
If the term of your personal license is more than the commercial license that you are buying, you will have your personal license again upon expiry of commercial.
