Startup License renewal problem

I had my startup license expired on December 2020. Since then, I applied twice for prolongation, once on the end of December, then on beginning of January, but no answer received. If I start Fusion 360, it shows “read only”. Also, there is no any license showing in my Autodesk account profile. What could be wrong?

It’s non relevant. Of course it won’t work, I have license expired ) To be honest, I tried, panel reloaded, but of course nothing changed

Suddenly, somebody from support wrote me an email about the case and the things went on. License updated. It seems to me, that forum support just don't work in cases like that ((
