Start or Unistall error (Python error: No module named 'adsk')

When starting fusion i get the following error, same error is displayed when trying to uninstall fusion. The startup of the funsion or the uninstall is cancled ... can't start it, can't get rid of the install ... 

Any ideas?

The reason I try to uninstall is that I want to reinstall the software.
