The Fusion blog posted a new Whats New with the September release on the 7th, version V.2.0.10940, but nothing has updated on my (windows 10) machine since. Has the release actually gone out? How do we get it? Was the blog post done early or something?? Confusing....

@crueby1 @We had a live update issue just a short while back on windows. Please reinstall Fusion (you don’t have to uninstall) and that should put you on the new version as well as fix the live update issue for future releases.

@EdDRM You should be able to find it in your manage.autodesk.com login.

For this specific issue you do not need to uninstall at all. Just reinstall and you will be on the latest build that now works with live update.

I'm sorry but this is not a solution really. If I hadn't come here and hadn't found this post, I would be stuck in the last version forever? Is that what you meant? Not really acceptable.

@Ex_Machina_Engineering Our apologies but the intent is that we were never going to leave our customers behind on the "older" build. We are planning an in product messaging that will reach all the customers on windows and that particular build to move forward with the reinstall. Although, the workaround itself if not the best one , it is the ONLY one because the fix is from the client side.

We were waiting for our September update to hit production before we could send that message out.

I was able to reinstall and now have the latest and greatest.

All seems well.

Thanks for the help.
