Maybe I've done something wrong, but in a model of a bike that I'm try to iterate different sizes of, when I change the sizes in my value table, loads of the tubes break/no longer connect where they need to, and even though the line that defines the chainstay path in the skeleton seems to not have any more constraints on it, I still can't move it, and my client wants it lowered. Is this a bug, or have I screwed up? I've attached the model for anyone interested.

Your top level assembly contains linked files.  Are any of your parameters trying to control any of these linked components?  If so, how are you transferring the parameters to them as I do not see any reference links in your parametric table.  I do not know your design so I cannot tell quickly but parameters are usually carried over to linked files using Derived parameters.

The linked parts in that file are the fork and headsets. They don't need to be edited. The areas of interest are the headtube length. These are the main dimensions that change things: Screenshot 2021-09-09 at 13.53.04.png

First sketch is not fully defined, and therefore the unexpected is guaranteed, when changing parameters.

The front rake centre line was green, and therefore preventing allowable changes. (Unlocked)

Tail end is not defined, but does not appear to break,

There is a lot of broken constraints at the head.

Fix the Sketch problems before leaving it, test the parameters in here until it does behave as expected.

The whisperer recommends defining as you go.

Might help....
