Hi @Anonymous ,

Thanks for posting! Can you first try performing clean uninstall and reinstall of Fusion 360?

If you are still unable to install, then follow these steps:

  1. Reset internet options for ALL installed Browsers as an example for Internet Explorer here:
    1. Clear the browser cache
    2. Browse to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Internet Options
    3. In the Advanced tab, select the Reset button to reset Internet Explorer's settings to the defaults
    4. In the Security tab, select Reset All Zones to Default level
    5. In the Content tab, select Clear SSL state
    6. Select Apply
  2. Download "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe" with the link here http://www.appstreaming.autodesk.com/install/app/73e72ada57b7480280f7a6f4a289729f/
  3. Rename the "Fusion 360 Client Downloader{...}.exe" in the "Downloads" folder into "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe"
  4. Right-click on "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe" and select "Run as Administrator"
  5.  If "Run as Administrator" did not work, launch the command window by searching within windows for "cmd.exe" and running the executable.
Type in the following command and replace <user> with your username
        "C:\Users\<user>\Downloads\Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe"

Please accept as solution if my post fully resolves your issue, or reply with additional details if the problem persists.

Thanks,

Hi @Anonymous ,

Sorry for the delayed response! Do you have a proxy in use? Please look through these articles for Ports and Domains required by Fusion 360.  and How to configure proxy server and firewall for Fusion 360 .

Di you clear the browser cache for all internet browsers on your computer?

You can also try:

  1. Download "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe" with the link here http://www.appstreaming.autodesk.com/install/app/73e72ada57b7480280f7a6f4a289729f/
  2. Launch the command window by searching the "cmd.exe" and run the executable
  3. Type in the following command and replace <user> with your username "C:\Users\<user>\Downloads\Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe" -c

Thanks,

Hi Julia)

Windows firewall is off, And i have neither antivirus nor proxy.

I tried all the steps listed in the official Fusion support. I installed antivirus and checked the system for viruses. Then killed uninstalled antivirus. I uninstalled all programms that could ineterfere in network connection or with browser.

I even created new account in Autodesk to ckeck whether this issue is related to my account or not.

Right now i'm uninstalling all autodesk applications (to reinstall them).

I understand that the problem is in my system. But what shoud i do next?)

Hi @Anonymous ,

Did uninstalling autodesk applications help or resetting the computer? Do you have any pending windows updates that you can install? If you could please attach the most recent version of your installation log file I can take another looks to see if anything has changed since the first installation.

Thank you for your patience,

Good news everyone!

In case of emergency use ethernet cable)

Problem was solved once i switched to ethernet cable instead of using Wi-Fi.

Don't even ask!

I suppose it is only Windows problem, because everything worked fine on Macbook+wifi in the same room
