Something went wrong when creating your hobbyist license

Hi.

 

Im trying to renew my personal license, and I keep on getting the error of:

Something went wrong when creating your hobbyist license.

I read what others tried to do and I tried it as well, but it keeps on bringing me back to the " Complete your Fusion 360 for personal use download" page, and then the error when I click on the download. 

Please advise how can I renew my personal license

I think I am reading right, it is the download page you cannot get to.  If so, then here is the link to that page.  If it does not ask you to save it, depending on your browser configuration, then you an select the line in the RED box.

Hi.

 

No, thats not the case. 

Im a hobbyist and I use it once every few months. When I tried to log in again, it gave me this:

So, I went to the site and tried to register again for the personal license in this link:

https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/personal-download

 

I will in all the information, and when I click on the download to activate by subscription, I got this message:

"Something went wrong when creating your hobbyist license"

 

Why did I highlighted got, because as I was replying to you, I did all the steps again, and now it worked and it activated my personal license.

I had the same issue, getting the message "Something went wrong when creating your hobbyist license" but when I follow your suggestion it downloads the trial version of Fusion 360 not the Hobbyist version. When I run the app it start that it will activate it for only 30 days.

@jasemercer the form seems to be having some trouble in the last few hours. You installed and got our 30 day trial. Once that runs out, try signing up for the personal license then -- the form will definitely be fixed at that point.
