Hi Autodesk Team,
The Slicer for Fusion 360 app disappeared from the app store. I was able to download it just a few weeks ago and now it is gone.
Is there a reason why you would want to get rid of such a useful plug in? It is such a pity since I was using it a lot in class and students love it.
Kind regards,
Luca

Hi Luca,
The app was removed from the store because predetermined amount of time lapsed since we stopped developing it. Here's a post by the Product Manager explaining what we're doing: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/slicer-for-fusion-360-topics/td-p/8460043
We're going to host it for download through the Autodesk Knowledge Network, and we'll make a post on the forums showing people where to go. We should have this ready to go this week sometime.
In the meantime, you can follow this link to download it. Note that this link will expire on Sept. 12, 2020, but by then it will be up on the knowledge network: https://myshare.autodesk.com/:f:/g/personal/jonathan_odom_autodesk_com/EhgkKdQ4GUBOlZpdTXKs_dMBIwf2B...
You can now download the installers via this support article. https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/downloads/caas/downloads/content/slicer-for-fusion...
would just like to thank everyone for this as I was in the exact same boat and this thread solved my issue. There are quite a few links throughout the web which point toward the Autodesk App store which weren't much help 🙂
I feel Slicer is a necessary and natural addition to the fusion tool set and would like to see it integrated into the manufacturing road map.
