Hi,

Sorry to hear of the problem. Can you try the following:

1. Delete the folder Web Services.

  • Windows - c:\users\{username}\appdata\local\autodesk
  • Mac - /users/{username}/library/application support/autodesk

2. Restart your computer.

3. Launch Fusion and login.

Hi,

Sorry to hear of the continuing problem. Some questions to help (hopefully) narrow it down:

  1. Are you running behind any kind of a proxy server? Or something that might control internet access?
  2. Have you tried checking or disabling the antivirus to see if it's blocking you?
  3. Do you play online games that might be redirecting your network traffic? Sometimes these apps will add entries to your "Hosts" file which affects other network-based apps on your system.
  4. Can you use your browser and access https://myhub.autodesk360.com/?
  5. Are there any outstanding operating system updates that need to be installed?

One thing to try: Right-click on the Fusion 360 icon on the desktop and choose "Run as Administrator" and see if it helps.
