sick of cloud service

It's 1 am, my computer just restarted for no good reason. cloud storage is full of 10 editable documents, 2 of which are stuck "uploading" but in reality they don't exist. despite the fact I have more than a terabyte of storage at my disposal all my work for the past hour was deleted, no catch all because of the way your stupid broken cloud storage THAT I DONT WANT TO USE operates. I'm so sick of this service!!!

so much time waisted and lost because of buggy broken code or laggy services I never asked for.

I used to love this product, but now I tell people to stay the hell away because every update makes the program worse in some way and never do they focus on what makers, making things WORK.

PLEASE stop shoving broken cloud services down my throat

PLEASE fix bugs

PLEASE just let me save to my computer with a system dialogue

PLEASE let me chose an appropriate install folder

please just let me design things without making the process a living hell

I need to stop everything I've done and do it all again tomorrow, all because you care more about a sale than having anything worth buying...

@genofurry477 @When you did what was asked in the article , the editable documents should have been set back to zero. 

I assume you added more files to it and then those files started to spin again in the data pa el? Was the workflow that you added a file to editable document and then a series of saves caused this issue again?

This doesn't work. After a little while the cloud that I am complaining about pushes the broken files back onto my computer.

The only realistic solution I can see is to permanently disconnect from cloud services.

I just can't handle these little bugs every time I need to design something, it's not acceptable.

What is the point of cloud services anyway? I can't even use fusion on more than one machine at a time, It serves zero functionality whatsoever aside from the times I'm barred from doing something and redirected to a slower, broken cloud service. An offline version of fusion 360 would make me so happy,

I tried uninstalling and re installing, there is nothing on my computer that is making these files persist in any way. everything is coming from the cloud and there is no way to control what it does because the data panel (which is broken) is the only way to remove these files.

@genofurry477 When you run the workflow in the article can you confirm that the editable documents becomes zero? 

Then what happens? Are you saying all the files that were stuck before comes backs to the data panel as stuck files again with out you doing anything ?

That is exactly what happens, I re tried your solution but deleted all account information, logged in, and then disabled network access before cloud services could reload all my problems onto my machine. Obviously the software will lock me out after a while and everything will be unusable. However, this program works so well without network access that I'm considering buying a new machine and leaving it disconnected from the internet. Not only did my problem go away, but CPU usage dropped from 90%-80% to 7%-0.5%.

@genofurry477 @Looks like there are multiple problems going on. Happy to work with you to make this right so that you can use the software as it was intended. 

It looks like the active document that you delete is getting downloaded from the cloud or rather the new active document is not getting replaced in the cloud with what you mention. 

In Step 7 after you make one document editable and then step 8 you go online can you then close Fusion and launch it again? This will force the file to be uploaded back to the cloud and that should help solve this issue.

I'm not sure you understand what is happening. This file does not exist to be uploaded or over written. I found it in fusion teams and deleted it. This file did not originate from this machine, and is not coming from it in any way, it is coming from the fusion teams server. The only way to stop this nonsense is to outright block the cloud server from communicating with my machine. I simply connected to WIFI  and Fusion is consuming 80%-90% CPU and I am back to square one. It was working fine the last few days, super fast, super clean without any network access. Someone with server access needs to go into the server and delete these files, or push functionality or SOMETHING.

I, HAVE ZERO CONTROL OVER WHAT FUSION SERVERS DO.

The developers made sure of that. I will simply use fusion without network accesses because I have no choice, it works better anyway.

I have no idea where that is and neither does windows search.
still a persistent problem, I have since switched machines, It has been pushed to this one as well.

@genofurry477 Couple of things to do:

1. Update to the latest version 2.0.20508. We have addressed the issue where it will not happen again.
