Should I upgrade my setup or is this "response time" normal/expected [Mac, video included]?

Hi all,

Thank you for reading this. Recently I've noticed that Fusion 360 has been running in a very "broken" manner—so the opposite of "frictionless." Even panning around in apparently simple models is far from smooth. I've included a video below:

Is this response time/behavior expected or should I upgrade my setup?
