Help with Fillets or Infill

Very new to Fusion and struggling with the following.  I would like to put a fillet or add more material at the join between the two legs.  Don't know where to begxFusion01.jpgin.

Please attach your model.  It is very easy to work with your model rather than have to construct something to demonstrate on.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.
