Trying to create a new material and when I do it appears that Fusion 360 has locked up. Clicking on the displayed windows has no effect. Windows blings with each mouse click.
What is actually happening is the Select Material Browser window is popping up behind the other Fusion windows. If I fiddle about with Windows a bit and manage to get the Select Material Browser window to display then things seem to work as normal until I leave the Material editor.
Steps:
In Model workspace
Change to Simulation workspace
Click Material > Manage Physical Materials
Material Browser window displays
Click the little globe+ icon on the lower left then Create New Material
The Identity panel displays and the screen flashes the Select Material Browser window briefly then this window disappears.
Fusion appears locked up as previously described.
If I go to Windows Task View then back to Fusion a time or two, that seems to get the Select Material Browser window to appear on top.

Hi @ralarock,
Thank you for reporting and sharing details on this behavior!
I was able to replicate this on my machine and I have logged a bug (internal ID: FUS-37847) to the development team for the further investigation.
I will keep this thread updated as I have more information to share about this - thank you for bringing it to our attention!
At this time, as you mentioned, would you go to Windows Task View and click the Fusion icon (some times) to get Select Material Browser to display? Then you should please create new material in the browser.
Thank you.
