Remove unwanted shortcut from toolbox

I have a spurious entry on the toolbox menu when right clicking on the background in the design workspace. The entry is  for "3-point-arc" which I cannot find a way to remove. If I create a sketch then I can easily add and remove the "3-point-arc" from the toolbox menu within the sketch.  However since the "3-point-arc" is not available in the main design workspace there seems to be no way to remove it.  I have tried "Reset all Toolbar Customisation" and "Reset Panel Customisation"  which seem to have no effect on the toolbox.  I have no idea how "3-point-arc" got on the toolbox, it probably appeared at some time when using the old Toolbar UI.

I am using the latest version 2.0.7046 but I have had the problem for a long time. Running on Windows 10.

Hi,

looks strange!

Try:

1. Clear Cache

2. Clean Uninstall

Clear Cache had no effect.

Clean Uninstall worked on one of the computers. The problem still occurs on other computers I use. To get the change to propogate to other computers. I had to create and save a model before the UI layout was propogated.

Seems a bit of a drastic solution since I have lost any other cutomistions I have made buts it is too late now the deed is done.

this is a little bit of awkwardness caused by last year's UI reorganization.  It used to be that all sketch tools were shown outside of sketch mode.  They technically still are available, just not shown in the UI.  So, you can add any of them to the command search box, even the version that is shown while in Design mode.

The technique to remove them, though, is not so obvious.  The normal, "3 dot" menu approach of unchecking "pin to shortcuts" won't work, because that UI item is not available except in sketch mode (which will take it out of the sketch version of the toolbox, but not the Design version).

However, there is a way to achieve this that is less disruptive than a clean uninstall:  Just drag the tool out of the box, and it should go away:

That works great, wish I'd known it was as simple as dragging it out of the box. Thanks
