Relabel Units instead of Convert/Scale Units

I have a drawing that I have imported into Fusion 360 that was made in 2D Autocad. The Units on it are labeled wrong - with all the dimensions being the right values. I simply want to relabel the dimensions to the correct unit - not scale the drawing. ie the drawing shows 100cm and it should be 100ft. If I go to Document Settings>Units and change from centimeters to feet it will change by 100cm to 3.28ft. I do not want that. I want it to be 100ft. Is there a way to simply change the label without it doing all the math of changing the values?

I realize the person who sent me the file should have drawn it in the right units, however, I would like to fix it on my end instead of trying to get them to send me the file in the correct units. The person who sent it is using and old version of Autocad where the units were less important and they are not the most tech savvy.

Thanks in advance

No, changing the units will not scale the geometry, thank goodness or we all would be up the creek!  You will have to use the Scale command on the imported sketch.  I would make sure and use a Windows selection method to make sure you get all the sketch entities then make sure you use Uniform scale type.  The Point the Scale command is asking for is the point you want to scale from if you did not know.

@jhackney1972 I appreciate the reply but Scale will not work here. I have a DWG that has probably 50 layers/sketches. So I need a uniform, scale EVERYTHING. Or more simply, just relabel the units instead of the more complicated math of scaling all the units when changing the Document Units.

I did discover if I choose Insert DWG (into a different model) instead of importing the whole file, it does seem to ask me what units. So that may be a work around if someone else does not have a better answer.

Do you have access to AutoCAD?

If yes, you can change the document units with the -dwgunits command (be sure to include the preceding - sign and follow the command line instructions).
