Red Input Box since upgrade in May

Since the May 2024 upgrade the input boxes in sketch are showing red numerals when before they were always black.  Is Fusion trying to tell me something and if so what or is it just an enhancement that I cant find reported on?  Very difficult to post a screen shot as the command ends the moment I try capturing it so I photographed with my phone.  Hope someone can help  as it is quite annoying having an unexpected change like this.  Cheers

Can't really tell from the small picture. Have you tried just pressing the Print Screen button to capture your screen to the clipboard? Or press the Windows key+Shift+S to activate the clipping tool? When you get a better picture, paste it into your message, please don't attach pictures.

Are you seeing the red imput all the time even on simple input of numbers? Normally you only see this if you try using parameters using the wrong units.

Hello Mark, I have attached a better image I hope of the area I am asking about and have outlined the input box in Blue.  When I am in sketch mode and create a line the input box showing the length of the line is now in red.  It never used to be and was always in black.  It may not maqtter and it is just a change but usually I associate unexpected color changes in Fusion with something needing attention.  I certainly haven't seen any problems or error messages associated with this new look and I haven't deliberately changed the input box color so really just a bit confused.  Hope you can enlighten me.  Cheers

That's a new one, not seen that before. Only thought is try one of the other graphics drivers and see if that makes any difference. Also like I said before don't attach pictures the forum doesn't let you view an attached picture and read the text.

Thank you for the suggestion Mark, i tried another graphics driver but no joy and still red. It is very weird and although it doesn’t appear to have any detrimental meaning its just annoying not know what has caused it. I may see if I can roll back to an earlier Fusion version but not even sure that is possible.
thank you for the advice on the images, I am however a bit confused. Are .jpg files not acceptable on the forum but .png files are?  I dont know what constitutes a picture in today’s world as I would think any image being a screen shot or from a camera is still just a digital file albeit with different levels of compression and/or embedded raster and vector content.
cheers and I very much like your company name Hughes Tooling-a real connection to a prominent piece of history. Les

You can embed .jpg or .png and others, when I said picture I meant any image file. It just the forum software is not very user friendly if you attach a picture you can't view it and read the message at the same time, also you can only view one picture at a time. To embed a picture you can just paste from the clipboard (Ctrl+V) or use the photo option from the toolbar.

Check your color settings. The accent color is used for fields like this now.

Good tip!

My accent color is indeed red.

I am assuming this changed relatively recently, because I haven't seen this for a long time.

Thank you for the tip.  After unsuccessfully finding a solution from a very helpful Praise Tom at Autodesk i suddenly twigged to the accent colour as the possible culprit and immediately found the answer. I have no problem with it being any colour i just wasn’t sure Fusion wasn’t trying to tell me something by suddenly making it red-my accent colour!
All good and i marked Accepted solution.
