Really free for hobbyist/enthusiast or business that make less than $100k/yr?

Hello

I have Fusion 360 on my MAC. First I had the trail version for 30 days. Now I choose the one year free version for hobbyist and enthusiasts. This should work for one year. But my question is, what will happen after one year? I mean on the web side is written, I can then choose between again one year free (at least I understand it like that...) or buy a business license. But what if I do nothing? Will be the account blocked? I loose my files?

I did not find that specific information.

As I use Fusion 360 for my personal fun only.

You can renew it every year for free as long as you make less then $100k a year and as long as they don't change the terms. You won't lose any of your work.
