Fusion
Well I did a virus check on that particular file on my system and it showed nothing unusual. I have two suggestions, you can save your existing file with a .bak extension and replace with the one in my attached zip file or you can add an exception to Avast Anti-Virus. I would do the first one. If you do make sure that Fusion 360 is "completely" closed, not processes running before you do it. If you run a virus check on the file I am sending you, I can guarantee the fault lies with Avast and I would make an exception rule.
