Product Update Stuck

Hello!

I am trying to open my student's work that they shared with me on Fusion 360. However, every time I try to open, it says that the software is updating. It has been at 3% for the past week. What can I do to either refresh the restart or stop it from updating so I can open my students' work?

If you search your hard drive do you have a file named Fusion 360 Client Downloader*.exe

Without anything open - if you double click on that file it should update to the latest version of Fusion 360.

Oh, ok! So I reinstall it?

If you double click on that file it should update Fusion 360 to the latest version.
