Prepping to re-install Windows 10

I'm getting ready to do a re-install of, Windows 10. After it's completed and I re-install, Fusion. How can I assure that my designs won't be lost? Do I need to back them up locally, or are they fully available from the Autodesk cloud?

@rwbishop Couple of things to confirm.

1. If you go into the clock icon the job status (top right corner) do you see any pending uploads in there?
2. When you close Fusion do you see any messages that you have uploads pending to the cloud?

If this is a NO then all your files have completed uploads to the cloud and will be available there to access from any machine.

Thank you very much. I have no pending ULs, so I guess I'm good to go. Just wanted to "measure 2wice, cut once" when I did this.
