Plane at Angle Bug

When creating a plane at angle along a body edge, the plane moves in opposite direction to the rotate icon also, when the plane is set close to the desired angle, I typed in the angle but the plane moves to the opposite angle when the OK is clicked.

It's the draft command that does it. Here's the simplified timeline.

Without the draft command the work plane does not flip.

 

Workarounds

1. Place the work plane prior to the draft.

2. Or just supply a - sign to flip the resulting angle in the model attached.
