I have a folder with 4 parts, 3 of them reference one main file. Thing is, this main file is simply gone from the data panel (both inside Fusion and in the browser). I'm 100% sure it was not accidentaly deleted or moved, I can still open the 3 other files which reference the missing one. In any of these files, while right-clicking the "insert" and going to "open origin", the missing file I want opens normally (currently, it's the only way I can access this file), but it is still gone from its project folder. Is this a bug and how do I solve it? So far, I've restarted the computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Fusion and nothing works.

The next time you have the missing top level model open, which you said you could do, select the File menu and select the Save As command and save to a folder of your choice. This should give you the file you want in the Data Panel.
