Outside bend position flange causes the sheet to no longer unfold

I choose "outside" for the bend position on a flange and it causes the sheet to no longer unfold. If I choose "adjacent" instead... boom works perfectly. I don't want adjacent though because I want a flush finish and adjacent causes a small gap. NOTE: I have changed my design since but my question remains. Why is choosing "outside" causing the error message saying there are no bends at all connecting to any face I select.

Thank you for posting! I had a look at your file but couldn't figure out why it's causing an error, and I have escalated the issue to the development team for further investigation. (the ticket ID is FUS-39394 just for your reference) I'll post an update as soon as I hear back from them.

Thanks for your post and Sorry for inconvenience your faced while doing unfold-refold.

I have checked your design You face issue when your Bend position is "Outside" but while applying "Adjacent"

Unfold working find because there you don't have any intersecting flanges, But once you applied "Outside"

there some intersecting flanges because of that for unfold you getting error.

But there one work-around where you don't see any unfold failure even you apply "outside" bend position
