hey there! i'm trying to export a model to OBJ, but the cloud translator seems to be failing for some reason. my model gets to full progress, hangs for a few minutes, and then says "failed". on the website, the jobs list icon gets 1 added to its notification count, but the dropdown contains no jobs.
things i've tried:
- renaming subcomponents with special characters (the only non-alphanumeric ones left are parentheses as in "switch (1)" due to duplicated objects, i hope that doesn't count)
- removing previously linked and now obsolete objects
- resaving as a new project
any advice would be appreciated!
