Notification Errors

I have three errors from the Notification Center  1)  A360 Error Message : untitled.f3d could not be uploaded due to access denied....  2) Upload failed  original file :  Untitled v0  3)  Error During Update :  The product Database is currently locked due to an update in progress..

I am running Version 2.0.2938 and have tried clearing the cache twice ,logging in/out  to Fusion 360 and web.   For Error 1)  There is no file  in the data panel named untitled.f3d   This error occurs when Fusion 360 is open, but a part does not have to be in session.  It  appears to have started when I tried to save a file and work locally once about a month ago. The other two errors occurred within the last two days.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @pd700

Welcome to the Fusion community!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue. In your log file, your file was on the queue. would you mind trying to delete the file?

<AutoSavedFileList>

To clear out the upload queue:

1. Close Fusion 360

2. In Windows Explorer, browse to C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\W.Login\Q

3. There will be several F3D and XX files in this directory, Move them all to another folder

4. In Windows Explorer, browse to C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\W.Login

5. Delete the UploadQueuedFileList.xml file

6. Start Fusion 360

Hopefully, this will help. I look forward to your reply.

Many thanks,

Ahreum.

I deleted and removed the files as you suggested and in the 3 hrs I have been logged in to Fusion there are no error messages.  This looks like the solution.  Thanks.
