For the life of me, I can't get the dimensions to show up in Fusion 360.
As a simple example, I create a circle, and can never see the radius of the circle after that.
Tried the "Show Dimension" option in the sketch -> no effect 😞

Fusion needs some dimensions to show you.
The way you draw the circles, they are not dimensioned, yet.
Use Dimension tool and put some dimensions into the file.
Might help...
When you draw the circle, it may be created following the numeric input value (the value or dimension which pops up while creating the circle) but, that is not the declared dimension by the user. The circle sill can be lengthen or shorten by draging. So, you need to add a fixed dimension by "dimension" command.
Then, you'll see it.
Thanks for the replies! I didn't know one'd need to explicitly add a dimension for it to show (because a dimension was implicitly specified when creating the circle). I got it working with the "D" shortcut to add a dimension. Maybe I became conditioned to expect it by default, having used Shapr3D before (where object parameters are readily shown for modification when selected).
