model only partially displayed in iOS app

Have a model that only partially displays in iOS app.

Looking in the Assets Tab for information about the model there are two "assets" both labelled simply "Design". One of these contains the model components that are displayed, and the other contains the model components that are not displayed?

The components that are not displayed are inserted in the file from another file in which they display perfectly on iOS.

All files show up perfectly in Fusion Web Version.

What can I do? (Have already tried making small modifications and re-saving. Have already cleared caches / reinstalled.)

Hi @maker9876,

Thank you for posting in the forum! Could you share a public link to the design and attach a screenshot of the issue so I can investigate?

In fact, now it is not displaying correctly on the Web either, but does of course look OK in the desktop version.

Here's the link: https://a360.co/2NY24pc

Below screenshots of Web (identical to iOS) and F360 desktop versions:

Thanks.

Thank you for sharing the file with me! I wasn't able to upload the file to my project and it's giving me an error. I think something went wrong with the file.

I have escalated the issue to the development team for further investigation (FUS-44290), and I will follow up with you as soon as I have more information to share.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

Yikes. File corruption - haven't had to deal with that.

Hope it's fixable because that file is inserted into many others.

Thanks

Is there any chance I'm going to be able to fix this file?

It's not very complicated as a file but the problem is that it's inserted into other designs so if I create it again from scratch will have to redo a lot of other work.

It would be great to know, either way.

Thanks.
