I'm trying to design a solid shoe shape like to be printed on my 3d printer.
I posted earlier and it was suggested that I try T-spine models - something I had not heard of before.
I have only managed to achieve a very rough approximation of what I was after, See below. I've also had all sorts of frustration with unwelded vertices, incalculable shapes and a variety of other failed models.
Is there a way of achieving an exact sculpt of the shape I'm making or would I be better using something like Blender? Any advice, tutorials. screeencasts etc would be gratefully received!
Thanks! Rob
