When launching Fusion 360, selection does not work on a new project. Not in the work space, nor in the sketching environment. Hovering over the cube in the upper right corner, nothing is highlighted. In sketches there is no cross at the tip of the pointer and once you click, you don't get dimension to edit/view.
It runs fine on PCs but does not work on both of my MACs (M1 silicon) running natively.
The workaround I found, was to shift focus to another application an then back to Fusion 360, then everything is back to normal.
