Good morning all, 

 

I have a user who, the moment he clicks "sign in" with his user name and password, he's very briefly taken through, what I assume, is the loading process, only to be kicked out and shown the sign in screen again. 

 

I've had him uninstall and reinstall the product, to no avail. 

 

Did have him try and find the "web services.xml" file based on a suggestion I found while googling. No luck as the file didn't exist that we could find locally. 

 

Any input or questions are welcome

Does the user perchance have a pending invite to a Team Hub to accept? The behavior you describe has occasionally been attributed to users with no valid, active hub, but a pending invite.

I want to be positive we're on the same page. 

 

The user is assigned to a group in our org, and also has a note "Added to team 8/27/2023" 

 

I believe that he is included in the group and doesn't have any pending invites. As a note, my Google-Fu did bring something similar up and he was invited to the group in our org less than two weeks ago.

When you say group is that at an Autodesk Account level (e.g. User Management at manage.autodesk.com), or is that within the Fusion Team website (myhub.autodesk360.com)?

 

If you access your Team Hub from the browser (the latter of the two aforementioned pages), and navigate to the Members and Roles pivot, there is a section for Pending and Sent invitations - is there anything noteworthy under those sections?

When I go to manage.autodesk.com and click under "User Management" By Group, my Org has a group there "LabDev" The user in question shows under this group. 

 

As a note, there is "assignments" under this group that did NOT have the Fusion360 product assigned to it. I have assigned that to this group and plan on having the user attempt signin again 

 

 

For the later, It doesn't look like I'm able to access that page as I get a "Page Expired" notification when attempting to load myhub.autodesk360.com

also having the sign-in loop 😞

keeps redirecting from the browser to the app and back to the browser. any help would be appreciated
