Lost access to my school email; Need help accessing files

I recently graduated from college and lost access to my university email. I forgot to transfer over all my Fusion project files and now I can't log into my university Fusion account because that email was made inactive. 

I have made a personal Autodesk account which I'm posting with right now. I was wondering if there's a way for me to get access to my Fusion project files that are associated with my university email even though I can't access my university Fusion account. 

Note: The university will forward any email from our university email to our alumni email up until a year after we graduate; therefore, I can still receive emails from the university email, I just can't sign in with anything or send any mail from that address

Things I've tried:

• Method 1 - Logging in to Fusion using my university email
  • Issue: it takes me to a 2 factor authentication page through my university but the email is inactive so I can't go past the authentication screen
• Method 2 - Making a new Fusion account and changing the email associated with the account to be my previous university email
  • Issue: it says that an account is already associated with that email so I can't add it
• Method 3 - Contacting Autodesk support
  
  • Issue: they're saying that because the account is an institutional account, I would need to re-verify that I'm a student to gain access to the account; this is impossible for me because I've already graduated.

If anyone has had luck with this before, please let me know. I've already contacted support through both chat and email and it seems as though they aren't understanding my issue and keep sending me to different teams so please let me know if you've run into this issue before.
