Loss of students' work when transitioning from 30 day trial to 3 years.

Our school students have set up individual accounts. Most defaulted to a 30 day trial rather than picking up the school subscription. To correct this they have continued to a 3 year service at the expiry date. may have lost several days worth of work by doing so. Can this be recovered?

Hi @Anonymous

Were they working while it said "expired", and not saving?

If so, then yes without saving it would be impossible to get that data.

If this is not the case, then is it possible they created a new account?
