After i installed fusion 360 it does not start. it says there is a problem why it was logging in.

Hi,

 

Sorry to hear of the trouble. Can you try restarting your computer to see if it helps?

 

Sometimes a pending Windows/OSX update can affect out login ability.

 

If that isn't it, can you send us the autodesk.streamer.webdeploy.log file? Can be found:

  • OSX - /users/{username}/library/logs
  • Windows - c:\users\{username}\appdata\local\autodesk

Hi,

 

Are you still seeing an error when logging in? 

The log file showed a benign error when copying files but nothing that would indicate any login issues.

 

If you are still seeing errors can I ask that you send us the AppLogFile?

 

These are found in:

c:\users\{username}\appdata\local\autodesk\autodesk fusion 360\{alphanumericfoldername}\logs

 

You'll see log files that start wth "AppLogFile" and include the date/time of the sessions.

Thanks for the file. From the errors (Errno 11001) it appears there's an unstable network connection. 

 

Can you try the steps outlined here:
