I recently uploaded a file in fushion 360 (startup license) , and could not open it because is was persisted by version 2.0.8176 with my current version 2.0.6263. Meaning i was trying to open a file that was made by a newer version than i was using it in. Failed to update to newer version when going to job status and or rebooting , prompted to retrieve diagnostic file log and send to technical support. How do i send it to them and where to? Is there an easier way to update without performing a clean uninstall and does that erase all my files if i do that? any help appreciated

You can attach your file to this message and I'll bring it to the attention of support staff. If you do a clean uninstall, you won't lose any data as it is all stored on the cloud.
