When I review my eligibility (step 1) there is no place for me to confirm the type of licence I need.
I can login with my normal login and pass word (step 2), but when I go to download the free trial (step 3) it will not allow me to, as I'm not classified as a hobbyist.
I have been using the trial version for several years as a hobbyist, and only uninstalled it because Autodesk web site was not responding.
As a hobbyist, you are only entitled to a free 1-year subscription. Therefore I believe that if your license is over 1-year old, you will have to renew your license every year (for free).
