Hello, I am volunteering at my local community college to help out with their new CAD curriculum, and they have chosen to use Fusion 360 for their introductory class.
The issue I am having with a number of my students is with the student account activation. 3 of them are unable to register as students, and this makes it very difficult for them to keep up, as they cannot save any of their work now that the free trials have expired. They have created autodesk student accounts, and followed the "expired: buy now" steps to see if they qualify just as all the other students did- who were successfully activated.
The process seems to be stuck saying that the registration is being processed and to check again later, but it has said this for days.
I am wondering if there is a way to check and see where these accounts are hung-up? I would be happy to provide an Autodesk employee with the affected account email addresses.
