I have a problem with launching the app on my laptop. I have a student version. Was ok up till now. When trying to sign in, the code does not send to my phone. Number is correct. Selecting a "using different way to sign in" opens a browser. I can the use my email or authentication app to get a code and sign in. That signs me into my account but will not launch the application. The application remains in sign in page and I am back where I started. ๐

Thanks for posting! I've created case #15248567 and routed it to the sign-in/account creation team, as this appears to be a problem with two-step verification. You should hear from that team shortly via direct email.
In the meantime, I wonder if this could be worked around by disabling two step verification under the "Security Settings" tab at accounts.autodesk.com.

Just thought I'd let you know that the issue with the 2 step verification is still causing the same problems. It's unusable to be honest. Impossible (for me at least) to sign into Fusion while this feature is enabled ๐
