Issues with loading programme and sign in

Hi there, 

I have a problem with launching the app on my laptop. I have a student version. Was ok up till now. When trying to sign in, the code does not send to my phone. Number is correct. Selecting a "using different way to sign in" opens a browser. I can the use my email or authentication app to get a code and sign in. That signs me into my account but will not launch the application. The application remains in sign in page and I am back where I started. ๐Ÿ˜ž

Thanks for posting! I've created case #15248567 and routed it to the sign-in/account creation team, as this appears to be a problem with two-step verification. You should hear from that team shortly via direct email.

 

In the meantime, I wonder if this could be worked around by disabling two step verification under the "Security Settings" tab at accounts.autodesk.com.

Hi Paul, 

Just thought I'd let you know that the issue with the 2 step verification is still causing the same problems. It's unusable to be honest. Impossible (for me at least) to sign into Fusion while this feature is enabled ๐Ÿ˜‰
