Is there still free for small businesses?

I’ve been thinking about trying to make a very very small business.  It would be more of a side gig for me.  But a yearly paid license is viewed as unfeasible.  I was wanting to do a small run of parts and see how it turns out.  See if I could turn it into something.  The free edition used to be free to hobbyist and business making less than 30k year or something.

I think I would be a bootstrap startup?  I found this and wonder do I have to meet every one of those "pins" (not sure what to call them)  I have nothing right now, but want to 3d print things to sell and perhaps work my way up to cnc.  I've been 3d printing things on my personal license, just not selling anything.
