interface has no menus

sent a link to view a project, click the link, provide the password, a blank interface comes up with just a big F on it and the title of the document.  no document, no menus, nothing else

Thank you for posting in the forum! Could you attach a screenshot of what you are seeing? I'm not sure what the issue is.

Just to check, did you use the Photos button when writing a response? If not, please try this.
