Inlaid holes i made dont show in my 3d slicer

I made holes in CAD and when I exported to my Prusa slicer and sliced to make stop points for my inlaid holes so I can put in magnets in the holes, but the holes don't appear in the slicer.  anyone know why they are not showing in the slicer, or how i can make them visible?
