Incorrect tapping pitch in tool library

when posting code for a rigid tapping cycle on a known and unchanged haas pre-NGC post (in house post, with minor modifications for passthrough, ect) I had a tapping cycle post with a incorrect feed.

It appears that it could be an issue with the tool library not handling expressions or some unit conversion problem

(TAP 1/4 - 28)
S1000 M3
G98 G84 X5.6138 Y0.9803 Z7.3276 R8.1684 F1.4061

feed should be (1/28) * 1000 = 35.7143 ipm

I reviewed the tool in the library and when double clicking the thread pitch it displayed the equation (1/28).

However it was displaying the wrong number .0014061" instead of .03571"

Yesterday when trying to fix this I was unable to get anything other than a feedrate of 1.4061 ipm, Editing the tool to display the correct info did not alter the feedrate. This morning it seemed to actually update the thread pitch when I altered it in the tool library, and the feedrate is now calculating correctly.
