Import 3d models from website tracepartsonline

Just found that this website offers Fusion360 models.  But I can't configure my system to import them.

I get error messages from Microsoft Edge and Opera. See Pics

How do I get the fusion360 protocol associated with the app in Win10?

Hi @lorinJQH2M,

Thank you for posting in the community forum! At first I had difficulty opening files from that web page on two computers. I tried restarting one computer and then I was able to open files, and on the other computer, restarting did not help so I uninstalled and re-installed Fusion and that worked. I am not sure what was causing the issue but could you try those to see if that helps?

If that doesn't help, I'll investigate it further so please let me know. In the meantime, please try downloading files in another format like STEP or Inventor that can be opened in Fusion 360 after uploading to a project through the data panel.

Reinstalling fixed this problem. I used the automatic uninstaller  so it was quick and painless:

I selected to keep cache.
